New tees from Forever 21, featuring two of my favorite superheroines:

  • Wonder Woman Burnout Top, $15.80 [link]
  • The Avengers Terry Pullover (PATSY FUCKING WALKER, Y’ALL), $19.80 [link]

I think this may be the first time I’ve ever encountered a Hellcat shirt in an actual store, let alone one that doesn’t have a cheesy Girls’ Comic Shirt Slogan™ (i.e. “Girls Rule!,” “I Only Date Superheroes!”) emblazoned across the graphic, so yay!

revsoncorp:

The Steve Englehart/Norm Breyfogle Hellcat mini-series is an utter delight (despite a terrible ending), and some of the best work done with the character. One of the smartest ideas was that, since Hellcat used to star in teen soap opera comics, she is uniquely able to figure out the twists in her own storylines. So meta, so cute.
